By purchasing a ticket to the Pink Therapy Annual Conference 2026 (“the Conference”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
- Ticket Purchase and Admission
All tickets must be paid in full prior to the Conference. Any partial payments made will not be refunded. If full payment has not been received five working days before the Conference, we reserve the right to refuse entry.
Pink Therapy reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the ethos of the Conference. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
- Event Communications
All enquiries relating to your ticket purchase or these Terms and Conditions must be directed to conference@pinktherapy.org and submitted from the email address used to complete the booking.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving essential communications relating to your booking and attendance at the Conference. These communications may be sent to the email address provided at checkout via Pink Therapy, Ticket Tailor, or our email service provider.
Such communications may include event updates, practical information, schedule changes, and post-event administrative correspondence. These messages are necessary for the delivery and administration of the Conference.
- Discount Codes
Discount codes are issued for specific eligible groups only (including Directory Members, Clinical Associates, Faculty, and current or former students of the Pink Therapy Diploma programme). Directory Members may be asked to provide a link to their directory listing to verify their eligibility.
Discount codes do not apply to students or alumni of Pink Therapy certificate courses, CPD courses, or other training programmes unless explicitly stated.
If a discount code is used without eligibility, Pink Therapy reserves the right to:
- require payment of the full ticket price prior to entry;
- cancel the booking without refund;
- refuse admission; and/or
- restrict access to future Pink Therapy events.
- Student Ticket Eligibility
Student tickets are available to individuals who are not qualified counsellors and are enrolled in one of the following at the time of the conference:
- a university degree programme (undergraduate or postgraduate), or

Students enrolled in A-Level courses, Level 3 qualifications, introductory counselling courses, CPD-only courses, short trainings, or similar programmes are not eligible.
Proof of enrolment will be requested at registration on the day of the Conference. If eligibility cannot be demonstrated, the attendee will be required to pay the difference to the full ticket rate prior to entry. Failure to do so may result in refusal of admission without refund.
- Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where the Conference is cancelled by Pink Therapy.
Pink Therapy may, at its sole discretion, consider requests for refunds submitted in advance of the Conference. Any refund granted may be subject to an administration fee and is not guaranteed.
Attendees are advised to arrange appropriate insurance to cover illness, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.
