Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your relationship with:

  • Pink Therapy Services Limited (Company No. 13801239)
  • Pink Therapy Training Limited (Company No. 13801188)

Registered office: Tudor House, 16 Cathedral Road, Cardiff, CF11 9LJ

Both entities are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and operate under the Pink Therapy brand.

  • PTSL — membership, directory, professional framework
  • PTTL — training, CPD, accreditation, events

By engaging with any service, you agree to these Terms.

PART A – DIRECTORY & SERVICES

2. Services

We provide:

  • membership and professional framework services
  • directory listings
  • advertising and engagement opportunities

Services may change over time.

3. Directory

Directory listings:

  • are subject to eligibility
  • may be approved, amended, or removed

Listings do not guarantee referrals or visibility.

4. Practitioner Responsibility

Practitioners are:

  • independent professionals
  • responsible for clinical work, safeguarding, and compliance

Pink Therapy:

  • does not provide therapy
  • does not regulate practitioners
  • does not provide clinical governance
  • does not access practitioner–client communications

5. Payments (Services)

  • Fees are payable in full at point of purchase
  • Directory subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

6. Cooling-off (Services)

Where required by law:

  • a 14‑day cooling‑off period applies

Where services have begun (e.g. listing published):

  • a proportionate charge may apply

PART B — TRAINING, CPD & ACCREDITATION

7. Scope

We provide:

  • training and CPD
  • accreditation and re-accreditation
  • conferences and events
  • digital learning

Accreditation is a professional assessment process, not a guarantee of outcome.

8. Applications

Applications must be:

  • complete and accurate
  • supported by required documentation
  • Be a true reflection of achieved qualifications, stats

We may:

  • approve or reject
  • request further information
  • require resubmission

9. Payments (Training & Accreditation)

  • Fees are payable in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable, except where required by law

Fees relate to:

  • assessment and administration
  • not outcome

10. Resubmissions

  • May be required where standards are not met
  • May incur additional fees

11. Training Access

  • Access is typically immediate
  • Access may be time-limited
  • Access is personal and non-transferable

12. Cooling-off (Training)

By purchasing training:

  • you agree to immediate service delivery
  • you agree cooling-off rights may not apply once access begins

Therefore:

  • training is non-refundable once accessed

13. Events

  • Tickets are generally non-refundable
  • Transfers may be allowed 

We may:

  • change format or speakers
  • move events online

14. Conduct

Participants must behave professionally.

We may remove participants without refund where necessary.

PART C — GENERAL TERMS

15. Member Benefits

We may offer:

  • discounts on training
  • event access
  • promotional offers

These:

  • are discretionary
  • are not contractual rights
  • may change at any time

16. Data Protection

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Pink Therapy acts as a data controller
  • Practitioners are independent data controllers for their clients

17. Complaints

Complaints should be submitted in writing.

We may:

  • review service-related concerns
  • take action relating to membership or participation

We do not investigate clinical complaints.

18. Use of Name, Logo and Designations

Use is permitted only where accurate and current.

You must not:

  • misrepresent status
  • use branding after termination or lapsed membership
  • imply endorsement

We may withdraw permission at any time.

19. Intellectual Property

All materials belong to Pink Therapy.

You may not copy or share content.

20. Liability

Pink Therapy:

  • is not responsible for practitioner work
  • does not provide therapy
  • excludes liability for indirect losses where lawful

 

21 Support and Guidance

Pink Therapy aims to provide clear guidance to support applicants and participants across all services.

Individuals are responsible for ensuring that:

all applications are complete and accurate

required information is provided at the point of submission

Guidance is available to support this process.

If you are uncertain about any aspect of an application, booking, or service, you are encouraged to seek clarification before submission or purchase.

As fees are generally non-refundable once processing has begun, failure to obtain clarification in advance may limit the ability to resolve issues.
